The knowledge and practice are so well designed, that I felt the benefits immediately.If I feel tired, I have these beautiful techniques to rejuvenate myself. Also I feel more positive and giving towards other people. I've taken the Teacher Training Program and I that has made me a stronger person, physically, mentally, emotionally and professionally.
